In the hallway that has a B-Wing sign over the arch, walk towards the foreground and turn a corner to reach an open door on your left.
Look for the light streaming through a cracked wall. Ram the wall open and shoot the lock off the gate in front of you. Enter the small room and interact with the body.

- The Wendigos overran the Sanatorium. Bragg's body was never found.
