Beth's Head is the eighteenth clue in the Twins Clueline. It can be found by Emily in the mine, in Chapter 7 of Until Dawn.
Overview[]
The remains of Beth's head, confirming her presumed death.
Considering Beth died one year ago, her head has been preserved well because of the cold weather, though obviously still rotten with bruises and wounds from the fall. Beth still has her beanie on, and her pink jacket covers the rock. Oddly enough, her body is nowhere to be seen.
This hints that Hannah ate Beth's body, for prevention of her own starvation to death. This is supported by the presence of the Scrawled Journal, and the fact Hannah is later revealed to be a Wendigo.
Location[]
When Emily is making her way through the mines, she will stumble upon the rockslide downwards into the mines where the twin sisters fell a year ago. Near this location she may find multiple clues regarding their disappearance, Beth's head being one of them.
After walking past the Marks on Rock clue, turn left at the fork. Emily can push away the chain link door beside her. Upon entering, she can walk forward towards the camera, and notice Beth's pink jacket slouched around a rock, with her head resting on top. (At first, the player will see a blurry, close-up version of her head because of the POV.)
Trivia[]
- If alive, Emily will later inform her friends about Beth's head in the lodge.
- If she is the only survivor at the game's conclusion, during the police interview Emily will be the one to mention the presence of the Wendigo in the mines. She will bring up discovering Beth's head.
- In the original game, finding Beth's head is optional. In the remake, Beth's head will always be found by Emily.
